We joined this project part-way through. Our objective was to provide a professional marketing campaign for the remainder of the development that would speed up sales and reposition the client as a premium developer in line with their future ambitions.

Creating an identity for the project was essential. We branded the development to appeal to the target market and created an identity for each of the house types based on local points of natural interest. CGI’s of the exteriors, interiors and full development site were created to provide still images for the development brochure and social media activities. Additionally, we produced animated promotional videos and full virtual tours of each house type to increase the reach of the development marketing, and greatly helped the sales process, particularly as most buyers were not local and the sales period was in the midst of covid restrictions. In addition, we developed a development landing page that allowed the clients to generate buyer leads and deal with all sales in house. 

Key Outcome: All properties sold off plan ahead of schedule
