The Hayloft
We added significant value to this two-bedroom unit by optimising the layout to add an ensuite, utility space and private outdoor terrace.
We applied layout optimisation to redesign this apartment and incorporate valuable extra amenities. This increased the sales value for the developer, but the extra amenities significantly improved the functionality for the eventual homeowner. Based on the apartment’s location, we knew it would appeal as a second property/holiday let and therefore the addition of the ensuite would increase it’s marketability on holiday let sites. We secured a buyer early in the process so were able to incorporate elements of bespoke interior design for the buyer. This included a striking feature headboard made from repurposing the original roof trusses which the buyer felt would add extra personality to the property and improve it’s visibility in a crowded vacation rental market.
