After identifying missed opportunities, we optimised the development plans, applied appropriate interior design for the target market, and repositioned it as prime real estate through quality branding to secure a substantially increased GDV for the client.

We designed these contemporary villas with a clean, and minimal aesthetic to let the Seaview vistas take center stage through oversized, full wall, glazing. Nestled on the cliffside, these homes had an intrinsic connection with nature which informed the principal material choices of timbers and stones, both internally and externally. Designed as low energy homes, we specified interior fittings with robust eco- credentials, as well as exceptional functional and aesthetic qualities. Sophisticated branding was developed that reflected the clean modern interiors while the marketing brochure, and promotional videos immersed the buyers and built an emotional connection.
