We were approached by first time developers targeting record sales values for their boutique development. They knew the value a polished marketing package would bring so we executed a full branding and marketing package to enable their selling agents, Knight Frank, to achieve the targeted prices.

These spacious executive homes offered high quality modern living in a rural village and were particularly appealing to the family/downsizer market. We undertook the interior design of the property for marketing purposes only but were on hand to advise the clients on an appropriate standard specification level for their target audience and target sales values. We optimized the layouts of the bathrooms and incorporated an additional feature bath and separate shower in the main bathroom which would particularly appeal to the family market. The full house virtual tours enabled buyers to establish an emotional connection and visualize themselves living in the properties. The virtual tours also allowed their sales agents to pre-qualify leads, so they had more time to focus on those with purchase intentions.
