Whitehill Estate

We were approached to re-brand and produce the marketing material for the second phase of development at the exclusive Whitehill Country Estate. We developed a clear narrative for the brochure and re-branded the development to allow future phases to use the same branding for continuity and cost effectiveness for the client.

Steeped in history and character, the converted stable block apartments were very appealing, but the quality of lifestyle that living on the Estate brought was understated. We identified this as the main asset and developed a clear narrative within the brochure highlighting the on-site facilities and lifestyle benefits the Estate brought. The layout of each unit was different, and location within the stables easily confused so we focused on developing a clear site plan and individual floor plans to aid buyer selection. Additionally branded signage around the estate added to the feeling of exclusivity, and high-quality nature of the development.
